年齢制限：5歳以上からチケットが必要となります。

4歳以下のお子様は、保護者の方の膝上観覧が可能です。お座席が必要な場合はチケットをお求め下さい。

枚数制限：お一人様4枚まで

【感染症対策に関して】

●新型コロナウィルス感染症の「5類」移行に伴い、2023年5月8日から「音楽コンサートにおける新型コロナウィルス感染予防対策ガイドライン」が撤廃されることになりました。

　つきましては本コンサートにおきましてもマスク着用はお客様ご自身の判断にてお願い致します。ただし、他のお客様へのご迷惑になるような行動はご遠慮ください。

●発熱など体調に不安のある方は、ご来場をお控えいただくようお願いいたします。

●手洗いや咳エチケットにご協力ください。

【チケットをご購入いただく前に】

●本公演の入場チケットは電子チケット・紙チケットをお選びいただけます。

●チケット購入時には必ずお客様の最新の情報を登録してください。

●公演延期および中止以外での個人的な理由によるチケット払い戻しはできません。

　来場できなくなった際は、正規のチケットリセールサービスをご利用ください。なお、こちらは成立をお約束できるものではなく、成立しなかった場合の返金はいたしかねますのでご注意ください。

　※ローソンチケット・楽天チケットでの紙発券をお選びいただいた場合・海外受付でご購入いただいた場合は、リセールサービスをご利用できませんのでご注意ください。

●入場時、ご本人確認を取らせていただく場合がございます。身分証明書（顔写真付き推奨/コピー不可/原本のみ有効）のご持参をお願いいたします。

※有効となる身分証明書：ご購入者本人の氏名が記載された免許証各種（運転免許証・小型船舶操縦免許証等）、パスポート・学生証・外国人登録証明書・住民基本台帳カード・障害者手帳・マイナンバーカード等

【海外受付について】

●海外在住(日本のスマートフォンをお持ちでない)の方がご購入いただける先行を実施いたします。

●先行開始前にご案内をいたしますので、日本国内向けの先行には申込されない様、ご注意ください。

●支払いはクレジットカード決済のみとなります。公演延期および中止となった場合、クレジットカードの決済の取り消し処理ができず、海外送金となる可能性があります。

　海外送金にかかる手数料はお客様負担となります。予めご了承ください。

【Regarding overseas reception】

●We will inform you before the start of pre-order, so please be careful not to apply for pre-order for Japan.

●Payment can only be made by credit card. If the performance is postponed or canceled, the credit card payment may not be canceled and may be remitted overseas.

●公演当日は開場30分前より、海外チケット窓口にてチケットの受け渡しをさせていただきます。

【To all those who have purchased tickets for the Japan concert at the Overseas Reception Desk】

●On the day of the performance, tickets will be available for pick-up at the overseas ticket counter 30 minutes before the doors open.

We will be checking your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID with you.

*Valid identification documents: Various licenses with the purchaser's name written on them (driver's license, small boat operator's license, etc.), passport, student ID, alien registration certificate, basic resident register card, etc. Disability certificate, My number card, etc.

*Expired items, TASPO cards, employee ID cards, etc. that only include your name and date of birth are not accepted.

*The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

●The counter may be crowded, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

If the guidance changes in the future, we will notify you on the official website.

●出演者へのお手紙は、会場内のお手紙BOXまでお願い致します。設置場所については、各会場にてご確認ください。

プレゼントにつきましては、お受け取りを辞退させていただいております。

●出演者への入り待ち・出待ち行為を禁止とさせていただきます。

以上の内容、スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合は退場していただくこともございます。その場合は一切の払い戻しをいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

本公演に関しての情報はオフィシャルサイトにて随時ご案内いたします。

【お花について】＊2/21更新

本公演では、花束、フラワーアレンジメント（籠花）につきましては恐縮ではございますが、主催者都合によりお受取は辞退させて頂きます。予めご了承ください。

この度は、フラワースタンドのみ受付させて頂きます。

フラワースタンドを手配される際は、以下の点を必ずお守りください。

1.配達着日時指定

指定到着日時は、公演の当日15時までとし、生花店または宅配業者へ必ずご指示をお願いいたします。

2024年3月30日(土) 15時まで

2.回収指定

公演終演後(公演当日)にフラワースタンドのお引き取りをしていただきますよう、

生花店・造花店または宅配業者へ必ずご指示をお願いいたします。

なお、当日の回収時間などは搬入時にスタッフとご確認ください。

3.その他禁止事項

フラワースタンドのみの受付となります。

スタンド用札に「住所」「電話番号」が記載されたものは会場に飾れません。

上記、指定時間外にお届けの場合は、お受け取りいたしかねます。

フラワースタンドの会場内(会場敷地内の場外も含む)での設置場所についてはご指定いただけません。

渋滞などによる配達のトラブルや会場内の都合により、会場に設置できない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

[About flowers] *Updated on 2/21

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to accept bouquets or flower arrangements (baskets) for this performance due to the organizer's circumstances. Please note.

At this time, we will only be accepting applications for flower stands.

When arranging a flower stand, please be sure to observe the following points.

1.Delivery arrival date and time specification

The designated arrival date and time must be by 3:00 pm on the day of the performance, and please be sure to notify the florist or courier.

Until 15:00 on Saturday, March 30, 2024

2. Collection designation

Please pick up the flower stand after the performance (on the day of the performance).

Please be sure to give instructions to the flower shop, artificial flower shop, or delivery company.

Please check with the staff at the time of delivery regarding the collection time on the day.

3.Other prohibited matters

Only flower stands will be accepted.

Stand tags with "address" and "telephone number" written on them cannot be displayed at the venue.

If your package is delivered outside of the above specified time, we will not be able to receive it.

You cannot specify the location of the flower stand within the venue (including outside the venue grounds).

Please note that we may not be able to set up at the venue due to delivery problems due to traffic jams or other circumstances within the venue.
